Mexican Chicken

I can't remember where I got this recipe on the Internet but I made a few changes to it. I hope you enjoy it! 

 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
16 oz jar salsa
1 Cup  Cheddar cheese


1. In a 9x13 pan, cover the chicken breasts with the salsa.

2. Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 25 minutes longer.

3. Cover each chicken breast with Cheddar cheese.

4. Bake for 7 minutes until cheese is melted.

5. Serve with white rice and tortilla chips.
